Toolbox Creative is a successful graphic design firm located in Old Town Fort Collins offering an innovative, fun, smart work environment. We are looking for an experienced Designer that is able to work alongside other talented, creative individuals.

You will be supervised by the Creative Director and will work across a huge variety of projects from design for print, web and the wonderful world of Microsoft templates — whatever the client needs — so it is important to have experience of designing both on and offline. You will need to be highly proficient with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Powerpoint and Word. At least three year’s experience of designing for marketing communications is required.
In addition to producing well-crafted design, you will be responsible for reporting to the account managers with some client contact required. Because of this, you must be personable, articulate and well organized; a proactive go-getter.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and design a wide range of projects including print collateral, web design, email design, presentations, tradeshow materials and more. And finish them all on deadline.
2. Present work to co-workers and clients
3. Develop creative solutions that communicate, inform and persuade an audience
4. Mentor other designs, and act as design lead on complex projects
5. Provide vendor management, project management (including budget recommendations), and supervising press checks when necessary
6. Work closely with account managers to brainstorm and execute creative solutions
7. Assist creative director in directing and supervising projects and campaigns as needed
Minimum required skills and experience:
BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field is preferred. We will also consider exceptional experienced designer without a degree if you have a great book.

• Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines
Essential technical skills
1. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CS5 (which includes: IndDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
2. Microsoft Office (yes, we create Powerpoint and Keynote templates)
3. Adobe Reader, Acrobat 9 Pro Extended
4. Macromedia Dreamweaver or basic HTML capabilities are a big plus
5. Workamajig project management experience is a big, big plus
