In 2005, when the fine folks at Hot Corner Concepts - owners of Austin’s, Enzio’s and the Moot House took over the restaurant facility at the Pelican Lakes Golf and Country club in Windsor, CO, they needed an identity that would establish a new concept while capitalize on the good reputation of their other restaurants.

After a marketing mindjam with the entire team, a list of over 100 names was pared down to 3 strong candidates, and Austin’s Homestead Bar & Grill was born. They've been keeping Northern Colorado hapy and full ever since.
